- Orders under ₹1,500: ₹79 shipping fee.
- Orders ₹1,500 and above: free shipping.
- Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional ₹40 handling fee.
Returns & exchanges
- Returns must be requested within 8 days of delivery.
- Genuine defects or wrong items shipped: free return shipping, and you can choose an exchange, store credit, or cash refund.
- One-of-a-kind pieces (unique, non-repeatable stock): exchange or store credit only — no cash refund — and return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Wrong size or changed your mind on repeatable stock: your first 2 exchanges each year are free; after that, a ₹55 return shipping fee applies. Exchange or store credit only.
